'이용자 전원 신상공개' 여론에…근거 없이 특정인 신상 마구잡이 공개도 "텔레그램 '박사방' 가해자들 신상입니다. 본인이 가해자가 아니시라면 댓글로 욕을 써주세요." 지난 23일 한 페이스북 계정에는 남성 7명의 얼굴과 출신대학, 전화번호, 이메일 주소 등 신상을 담은 사진들이 게시됐다. 이 글은 7천700여명이 '좋아요'를 눌렀고, 1천600여번 공유됐다. 이들을 비난하는 댓글은 1천200여개가 달렸다. 일부 누리꾼은 이들이 박사방을 이용했다는 제대로 된 증거가 없다는 사실을 지적하는 댓글을 달았다. 그러자 작성자는 "사실이든 아니든 책임질 생각을 하고 글을 올렸다"며 "사진 주인공들이 해명 글을 썼는데 앞뒤가 안 맞는다"고 반박했다. 인터넷 메신저 텔레그램에서 성 착취물을 제작하고 유포한 '박사방' 운영자 조주빈(24)이 검거돼 신상이 공개된 가운데 박사방 이용자들의 신상까지 공개해야 한다는 여론이 높아

Govt. mulls online classes for schools due to COVID-19 uncertainty
The Ministry of Education said Wednesday it is considering introducing online classes for elementary, middle and high schools nationwide, if the ongoing spread of the coronavirus outbreak shows little sign of letting up by April 6, the rescheduled start date of the spring semester. Net profit of Korean banks' overseas branches edges up in 2019
Overseas branches of South Korean banks saw their combined net profit edge up 0.4 percent on-year to $988 million in 2019, data showed Wednesday. The recovery rate of patients infected with the new coronavirus topped 40 percent, data showed Wednesday.
