[THE INVESTOR] Lee Hae-jin, the reclusive leader of Internet giant Naver, will make an appearance at a press meeting on July 15 when the company’s subsidiary and mobile messenger operator LINE goes public in Japan

It will be Lee’s first appearance after he joined a press conference in Nov. 2013 right after LINE reached the 300-million subscriber milestone.
LINE’s IPO price band, in the range of between 2900 yen (US$29) and 3300 yen, is expected to be the highest of its kind in the global IT sector this year. Through the IPO, LINE is forecast to mobilize 1.29 trillion won (US$1.1 billion).
