Oakwood Premier Coex Center received the title of South Korea’s leading serviced apartment brand at the ceremony for the annual World Travel Awards held in Dubai on Oct. 1.
The World Travel Awards plays a major role in recognizing excellent services within the industry’s various sectors worldwide.
Oakwood Premier Coex Center, located in Samseong-dong in southern Seoul, is one of the most prominent serviced apartment providers in Korea. The service aims to combine the luxury of a 5-star hotel with the peace and comforts of home.
The World Travel Awards collected votes from over 790,000 travel professionals and consumers in more than 179 countries worldwide, and the final decisions were made by a select committee of industry experts.
“We are deeply honored to receive these prestigious awards which clearly epitomize our commitment to quality and excellence,” PG Mathew, managing director of Oakwood Asia Pacific, said.
This is not the first time Oakwood Premier Coex Center has been given an award for its services. It made the list of top 25 luxury hotels in South Korea 2013 at TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards and the brand was also was given named Asia’s leading serviced apartment brand at the World Travel Awards in 2012.
