At his first meeting around 11:30 a.m., local time, he discussed cooperation measures with SK Telecom chief Ha Sung-min, joined by Samsung mobile head Shin Jong-kyun in a closed meeting.

He then had lunch with KT chairman Lee Suk-chae and Shin in another closed meeting.
