Taxis will soon offer a flat rate to passengers heading to Seoul Station from Incheon International Airport, Herald Business reported Tuesday. Smoking at apartment balconies could be restricted from 2018
Apartment complexes are on track to face much stricter smoking rules, as the revised rule is to take effect from February. 8 in 10 deceased Koreans were cremated in 2016
More than 8 out of 10 people who died last year were cremated, government data showed Friday.
