“I’m thrilled to be working with the new executive members who possess extensive knowledge and experience on a global scale. Simultaneously, I feel a deep sense of commitment and heavy weight on my shoulder as the new head of school of Chadwick International,” she said. 

Wille previously served as the assistant head of school and principal for Chadwick International’s village school, for prekindergarten through fifth grade students. She played a pivotal role in the school acquiring the accreditation of the IB Primary Years Program for students aged 3 to 12, which Chadwick International’s village school’s curriculum is based on.

Before joining Chadwick International, she worked as the principal of California-based private school Hillbrook School.

Chadwick International also appointed Julian Taylor and Russell McGrath, respectively, as principals of Village School and Upper School, for grades nine to 12, and Trevor Rusert as the new director of college counseling. 

Chadwick International kicked off its 2015-16 school year with 1,080 students from prekindergarten through 12th grade on Aug. 17. It opened in 2010 as part of the California-based Chadwick School’s goal to expand its educational philosophy outside the U.S.
