The Korean company signed the agreement with Cotecmar on Thursday as part of its efforts to reinforce defense cooperation with the Colombian government.

“Exports can boost the Korean defense industry,” said LIG Nex1 CEO Lee Hyo-koo.

“We will further make inroads into the Latin American market starting with Colombia.”
