YG엔터테인먼트(이하 YG)가 올해 상반기 선보일 새 걸그룹 멤버 1명을 화요일 공개했다.
YG는 15일 YG 공식 블로그에 ‘김지수-YG 뉴 아티스트’란 제목으로 한 장을 사진을 올렸다. 사진의 주인공은 1995년생 김지수다.
김씨는 작년 5월 YG블로그에 ‘후즈 댓 걸?’이란 제목으로 한 차례 공개했던 멤버다.
애초 YG는 작년 여름 새 걸그룹을 선보일 예정이었지만, 내부 사정으로 데뷔를 올해로 미뤘다. 당시 YG는 ‘슈퍼스타K2’ 톱6 출신 김은비, ‘슈퍼스타K3’ 미국 예선에 참가했던 유나킴, ‘미스터리 걸’로 소개됐던 김제니, 16세 혼혈소녀 등이 새 걸그룹 멤버가 될 것이라고 소개한 바 있다.
YG는 이번 주에 다른 멤버들도 차례로 공개할 예정이다. (코리아헤럴드)

YG unveils new girl group member

YG Entertainment revealed its newest girl group member on Tuesday.
The company posted a picture of 19-year-old trainee Kim Ji-soo on its official blog “YG Life.” Kim’s birth year was the only information given to the public.
Kim’s picture had been previously posted on YG’s blog under the title of “Who’s that girl?” last May.
YG was expected to launch a new girl group last summer but it postponed the group’s debut to this year. Along with Kim Ji-soo, Kim Eun-bi and Euna Kim from reality TV competition show “Super Star K,” Kim Jenny and a 16-year-old Korean-American are said to be the members of the new girl group.
The confirmed members of the new group will be made public this week.
