FTC to report Naver Chairman to prosecutors for violating antitrust laws
South Korea’s Fair Trade Commission is set to report Naver Chairman Lee Hae-jin to prosecutors for alleged violation of antitrust laws, officials said Sunday. FTC fines Shinsegae for ‘nonrefundable stickers’ terming it unfair
South Korea’s antitrust watchdog on Wednesday fined retailers Shinsegae and Woori Home Shopping 2.5 million won ($2,100) each for violating e-commerce laws. NPS exercises shareholder rights more often since adopting stewardship code
